I think that Private Jets location is how you go back to the island when you are scoping it out for the very first heist. Must've some how glitched the game into thinking you were doing it for the first time again.

As far as the vehicles are concerned, you can carry out the heist with only the Kosatka submarine as well.
It seems you can blow up the main gate even if you didn't do the explosive prep, did this twice now, so it seems no random bug but always the case. Shouldn't you get a reward for completing the heist with 4 or have all 4 to be alive? Link to post
While players may choose to explore straight into the heist right after the introduction on the island, they may also grab all POIs to get more opportunities and options to snatch great loot.
I just press --> and wait for the cutscene, but in those 2 seconds between pressing the button and the cutscene triggering, the guard spots me but as the cutscene has already triggered it does not alert the whole island when the game continues and still in stealth.
I was able to get two primary targets so far: pink diamond and the tequila bottle. 1.4 mil for the pink diamond and 990k for the tequila bottle.
Guard Clothing is also spawned in random locations. Some items are located in same area, so it is better to look around whenever you find a Points of Interest. The crate with clothes inside looks the same for the other locations.

You will see the control tower after you land on website the island, the control tower is located on the airport and it is clearly visible. Take out your phone and take a picture to register the POI. A control tower can be used to disable air defense.
